Pinnacle’s own team is small and works on transactions and operations. Its portfolio companies employ far more people and hire for entirely different roles.
At Pinnacle
Investment and operations roles: origination, diligence, transaction execution, and the transition and oversight work that follows a close. Relevant experience is lower middle market M&A, corporate carve-outs, or hands-on operating leadership.
At a portfolio company
Operating and leadership roles inside the nine companies — general management, finance, operations, and commercial leadership across aviation, marine, travel, property, technology, and security services.
